For those in bad relationships, that can be one of the biggest causes for anxiety. Take a look at your relationships. If a friendship is sucking you dry, you have to ask yourself if continuing that friendship is the best thing for you.
If being around someone consistently leaves you feeling drained, why would want to keep that person in your life?

Another strange “badge of honor” that many seem to enjoy wearing is the “I’m more stressed than you” badge. Magazine and television talk shows love to tell everyone how it is impossible to live in the world today without being nearly overtaken by stress and anxiety. Not true.

There is less sickness in the world today than in any other time in history. While in a recession, this country is still, overall, blessed and more prosperous than most other places on earth.

Do not let the magazines dictate your stress level. Instead, look at your own life and dwell on all of the many positive things that you have to be thankful about.

While there will be seasons of stress in everyone’s life, if you take a good look, you will probably find that it is not as bad as you perhaps thought it was.

Yes, for some there is an anxiety panic attacks link, but you can reduce your risk for having anxiety induced panic attacks by finding ways to reduce your overall stress levels and live a more peaceful life.
